About Us

3 Cs has been formed for training the younger generation in communication skills bringing out their creative abilities and boosting self confidence levels. As we the teachers play a very vital role in shaping the future generation, 3Cs also plans to help train teachers in better understanding of child psychology, fine tuning teaching methodology by working alongside with them, through innovative interactive sessions.

The chief trainer Mrs. Shailaja Nair has gained rich knowledge through years of teaching experience at various levels. She has worked with toddlers and also with college students. She is Montessori trained and has attended training programs and seminars on innovative educational techniques. She has been actively involved in training children and young adults (2.5 yrs to yrs) in Spoken English, Soft Skills, building self confidence and personality development.
We believe in interactive sessions to help student develop their communication skills stressing on:
1. Grammar, common grammatical errors, think and speak English.
Letter writing skills- Descriptive writing, Dialogue writing, Reading comprehension etc
2. Commonly mispronounced words, commonly mis spelt words
Communicative English- vocabulary, idioms and phrases,

3. Stage fear- How to address a gathering, building self confidence by speaking to a group, how to plan prepare and deliver a speech (communicate ideas), how to open and close a speech, Building blocks of a conversation, expressing ideas, extract and explain relevant information.
4. Personality development Body language, voice and tone , Group discussions, telephone etiquette, email etiquette, dining etiquette etc.,

Writing
When we think of English skills, the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing readily come to mind. Of course other skills such as pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling all play a role in effective English communication. The amount of attention we give to each skill area will depend both on the level of our learners as well as

their situational needs. Generally beginners, especially those who are non literate, benefit most from listening and speaking instruction with relatively little work on reading and writing. As fluency increases, the amount of reading and writing in our lessons may also increase. With advanced learners, up to half of our lesson time can be spent on written skills, although our learners may wish to keep their focus weighted toward oral communication if that is a greater need.
