Display the skills, attitudes and habits for demonstrating assertive behavior.

Influencing Skills (4 Hrs)
Understand the meaning of influencing
State the need for and importance of influencing people
Use the various ways to influence people
Module: 3
Presentation Skills ( 4 hrs)
Identify the fundamentals of effective presentations
Identify personal barriers and overcome them
Increase efficacy via confidence building and the ability to organize content to increase the impact of presentations.
Enhance platform skills for increasing audience interest.

Module : 4
Business Etiquette (4 Hrs)
Define business etiquette and identify the need for it.
Master the art of introducing and responding to introductions
List the requisites of a proper handshake
Master the art of conversing
Use appropriate etiquette at workplace
Conduct yourself appropriately in business meetings.
Use appropriate dinning etiquette in business dinners and parties
Module: 5
Business Event Simulation (4 Hrs)
Business event simulation will be conducted in one four hours session
This module will simulate a business event like a presentation to a group followed by a networking meal so that it gives the students and opportunity for applying all the skills learned during the course in a single window
Groups need to organize an event on given topics.

Module: 6

Evaluation (4 Hrs)

Evaluating over the given parameters for presentation skills with acceptability in terms of yes/no Suggestions & Feedback with Development Action Plan for Continuous Improvement.
