General Information on IELTS
IELTS is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work
where English is the language of communication
IELTS is recognized by universities, employers, professional bodies and immigration
authorities in many countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the
USA
It is a comprehensive test that covers the four basic language skills – listening, reading,
writing and speaking.
The total test time is 2 hours 45 minutes
The Speaking test may take place a day or two later at some centers while listening, reading
and writing tests are held on the same day.
TEST TIME
READING 60 minutes
WRITING 60 minutes
LISTENING 30 minutes
SPEAKING 11-14 minutes

Information on IELTS Versions
There are two versions of IELTS to choose from:
IELTS Academic
Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English speaking countries is based on
the result of the academic test
IELTS General
This version of the test is also often a visa requirement if you are planning to migrate to English
speaking countries including Australia, the UK, Canada and New Zealand.

Listening Practice for 12-15 passages.
Reading Test practice for 12-15 passages.
Writing Test for both Test 1 and Test 2 practices- 15 topics.
Speaking is practiced with model answers of around 40 topics.
We give you six Speaking sessions on one on one basis.
After 16 classes Mock Tests would be given for weekday students and 10 classes for
the weekend students.
Duration of Each Class (Weekdays): 2 and1/2 hours per class.
Weekend Batches: 4-5 hours.
