Six Sigma – Green Belt (32 Hours)
Six Sigma is a continuous quality improvement method widely adopted by all types of manufacturing and services sector to differentiate themselves and ensure customer satisfaction.
Course Objectives
The aim of the programme is to equip the participant with knowledge, analytical tools and implementation methodologies that are required for implementing Six Sigma and related quality improvement projects in a real-world organizational setup.
Considering that Six Sigma is data-driven, this preparatory programme provides participants with a strong grounding in the concepts of mathematics, statistics, and probability that are used in Six Sigma. The participants will be well-versed in the collection, analysis, interpretation and inference of data.
Through hands-on training, the students would learn how to implement Six Sigma methodologies, produce improvements in manufacturing/service processes, and show business results.

Preparatory Programme – Black Belt (64 Hrs)

Course Objective
This preparatory program helps participants thoroughly understand the Six Sigma philosophy, methodologies involved in implementation, building and motivating Six Sigma team and ultimately make organizations achieve Six Sigma level of quality.
Striving to create Black Belts who are well rounded, this intensive training programme equips participants with managerial, analytical, and entrepreneurial acumen in order to conceive Six Sigma as a driver of new value creation and enhanced competitiveness, rather than a simple problem-solving technique.
The programme trains the participants on taking the entire stakeholder groups along in the process, interfacing with executive leadership or board members of an organization, train and assign the team members down the align, and achieve the targeted outcome.
