Sethu Bhaskara Valliammal Educational Trust by Shri Sethu Bhaskaran nonresident Indian with base in Singapore and Shri Sethu kumanan. Sethu Bhaskara School was started by the trust at Ambattur with around students. Today has on its rolls more than students.ethu Bhaskara Matriculation Higher Secondary School has been a pioneer in bringing inclusive education of visually impaired students long before the concept of Right to Education was brought in by the Government of India. Presently around visually impaired / blind students are studying in a truly inclusive education system along with hundreds of their sighted peers in the same school. Another visionary success has been the provision of high quality technical education to students in the backward district of Sivaganga through the Sethu Bhaskara Industrial Training Institute. he setting up of the Soka Ikeda College of Arts and Science is another testimony of the vision of the management to offer employment oriented higher education at affordable cost to girls in a location (Madhanankuppam, near Kolathur lake). The area was without convenient access to womens college, when Soka Ikeda College was established. The Trust has also set-up the Sethu Irani Matriculation School at Kandramanickam village. The strength of the school has been growing up by leaps and bounds ever since it was set-up about 7 years ago. The setting up of the Sethu Bhaskara Agricultural College and Research Centre reflects the culmination in the drive of the Sethu Bhaskara Group towards the pinnacle of academic excellence. The College is being set-up as a World class facility in a site spread over acres in the rain parched district of Sivaganga. he latest venture from the Sethu Bhaskara Educational Trust is SBAT labs. (Sethu Bhaskara Advanced Training Labs). The vision and mission behind this latest venture is the aim to develop and shape the skills, talents, aptitude and attitude the growing army of youth from Arts, science and professional colleges. The first lab will be set-up in the premises proposed to be leased at Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai.
