This course is designed for those who want to make a career in Project Management as Planner, Scheduler or Project Manager. You will gain an introduction to Program Management as well as a thorough background in the concepts of project planning and controlling. Scheduling techniques are also covered. The course includes hands-on-workshops that take you through tocreating a project, schedule, resource and cost plan, and tracking it through to completion in the context of the program.
